Powering swimmers, one snack at a time

Eat Swim Win Club

Swimmer-specific fueling, made simple for busy parents of club swimmers

Your swimmer trains hard. You juggle school runs, practice times, and meet weekends, and you’re still guessing what to pack in the bag.

The Club gives you a clear, swimmer-specific plan that works on real weeknights and long meet weekends, without calorie counting or food rules.

Fueling shouldn’t feel like a pop quiz

Most parents aren’t “doing it wrong”—you’re missing a few key pieces: timing, enough fuel, and realistic options a teen will actually eat.

When those click, swimmers finish practice strong, bounce back faster, and walk onto the blocks with steady confidence.

That’s the entire point of the Club.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is the Eat Swim Win Club?

It’s an online membership built for swim parents of competitive swimmers (ages 11–18). You’ll get access to a library of fueling guides, monthly live Q&As, mini-courses, and checklists — all designed to make swimmer nutrition simple and stress-free.

Do I get personalized coaching?

The Club is group-based, not 1:1 coaching. You’ll get swimmer-specific guidance and the chance to ask Katie questions during monthly Q&As, but it’s not the same as individualized nutrition counseling.

Will this help if my swimmer is picky?

Yes! All strategies include simple swaps and realistic snack/meal ideas swimmers will actually eat — no “perfect diet” required.

My swimmer isn’t elite — will this still help?

Absolutely. Whether your swimmer is chasing state cuts, sectional times, or just trying to get stronger in training, fueling correctly is the foundation for progress.

Do I need to count calories or track macros?

Nope! The Club focuses on simple, flexible fueling frameworks that fit into family life — no calorie counting or rigid plans required.

Is this covered by insurance?

No. The Eat Swim Win Club is a membership, not medical nutrition therapy. It’s designed for performance fueling, not clinical care.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Monthly memberships are flexible, and you’ll keep access for the period you’ve paid. Annual members save money but are committing for a year.

What if my swimmer has a medical condition or eating disorder?

The Club is not designed for medical nutrition therapy or eating disorder treatment. Please seek care from a specialized professional for those needs.

How much time does it take?

The Club is designed for busy families. You can browse the library or watch replays anytime. Most parents spend just a few minutes a week applying strategies that make a big difference.
